Demo on Approductivity and its application in the digitalization and optimization of productivity
The software consulting firm Softdoit has just published a demo session about our software Approductivity. In just thirty minutes, we can see how Approductivity integrates into the company’s management system to improve the efficiency and flexibility of its processes.

In this video, David Calvo explains and demonstrates providing a walkthrough the software, the different modules that make up the Approductivity suite and some of its key functionalities, such as the simulation of different production scenarios and workload balancing across various production models (batch production, mixed-model lines, manufacturing cells and multi-operator stations), real-time process monitoring, and the control of deviations and KPIs based on defined standards.
Another key differentiating feature of Approductivity is that it is neither an ERP nor a MES system. Approductivity integrates with these systems and covers the operational layer between them: it calculates theoretical costs (Process Engineering Module) and real costs (Dynamic Balancing Module) based on the use of productive resources and feeds the ERP back with key data to improve decision-making and plant performance. At the same time, it transmits to MES systems —or equivalent platforms— the task sequencing derived from infinite workload balancing simulations, as well as work instructions — among other elements — while ensuring real-time control of production progress.
In short, this demo shows how Approductivity helps companies improve their competitiveness by reducing waste and inefficiencies, planning with optimal use of available resources, and monitoring production progress and achieved results (KPIs) in real time.
