KPI & Incentives Manager is the module of the Approductivity 4.0 suite that allows defining and monitoring, in real-time, the progress and fulfillment of key indicators (KPIs) such as Performance, Efficiency, Quality, OEE… and, if the company has an incentive system, the automatic calculation of the corresponding compensation for each person based on the results obtained in relation to the established objectives.
