This is only the first step of the relationship with EBRO, as it is an ambitious project aimed at improving the competitiveness of its plants worldwide. For this reason, EBRO has already acquired its first 9 Approductivity licenses for the Engineering department, and they will soon be introduced as a strategic solution in other departments such as Manufacturing, Logistics and Quality at its Barcelona plant.
In addition, with the help of our tool, EBRO goes one step further in establishing a way of working for the Process Engineering department (optimization and standardization of working methods, time calculation, workload balancing on assembly lines, reporting, etc.).
