We are celebrating because, after 20 years of the development project of Approductivity 4.0, we are pleased to announce the launch of an ambitious upgrade, a new enhanced version of Approductivity, the result of more than 3 years of development.
This new release combines the knowledge from over 35 years of productivity improvement consulting at Itemsa, from the perspective of process, manufacturing, and industrialization engineering, with the system integration needs that our software clients have been requesting over the years.

Thanks to this, Approductivity has also established itself as an application that covers the operational layer between ERP and MES systems, generating, planning, and sequencing workloads, calculating costs based on the actual use of productive resources, and feeding the ERP with key data to improve decision-making and plant performance. Simultaneously, it transmits optimized work sequences and instructions to MES systems, ensuring real-time control and a more efficient production process.
